Vertebrae: 32 - 33. AC photophores 22-26, usually 23-24. Head 29.5-33% SL, eye 9.5-11.5% SL, upper jaw 17-19% SL, maximum body depth at or behind pectoral fin base 22.5-25.5% SL. Stomach and hind portion of intestine not pigmented (Ref. 26775).
